He currently practices in Beverly Hills, California and is affiliated with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Obeng is the Director of MiKO Plastic Surgery and MiKO Surgery Centre in Beverly Hills.
Dr. Michael Obeng, who performed the procedure, said all it took was a combination of medical grade adhesive remover, aloe vera, olive oil and acetone to remove it.
Tessica Brown, the woman whose hair was stuck to her scalp for over a month, can finally begin to put the whole ordeal behind her.
Her scalp was successfully un-glued.
After Tessica flew out to Beverly Hills, African-American surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng performed the $12,500 procedure on Tessica’s scalp for free.
It took about four hours, but she can finally touch what’s left of her hair.
