Ibidun died on Sunday morning at the age of 40.
Pastor Ituah officiated a funeral service on that same Sunday after hearing of his wife's demise.
Wilson had this to say.
I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GUYS THINK.
Who are all these people who keep telling us how Pastor Ituah must be in such a deep shock even when all we saw was him doing his work, preaching at an event just a few hours after his wife died.
These people, are they wizards or magical doctors of some sort? How did they know without closely examining the man that going to preach was his way of mourning his so publicly displayed beloved wife?
Why do some of we humans insist on passing on our opinions, suspicions and assumptions as facts?
As far as I am concerned, the only facts that my eyes see and is there for everyone to see, shows that the man was unfeeling and very insensitive to his wife’s death, he shrugged it off too quickly, almost like he just found out she broke an ordinary wristwatch, something is so off to me.
For him to be preaching at another person’s funeral on the day his wife died, just a few hours after her death and only mentioned it in passing, saying life goes on in an emotionless sermon about life sends all the alarm signals to me about this man’s values.
I would never allow a man who insist on preaching at another person’s funeral moments after just hearing of his own wife’s death to preach even in my personal funeral so I wonder how the people who engaged him that day even allowed him to carry on.
I know people have different ways of grieving but there are natural displays of emotions that are understandable, acceptable and expected but this is not one of them, especially when you have given the public a perception of what your wife’s death should mean to you by the videos of the affection you shared in the online public.
