Kanye landed at the No. 2 spot on this year's list, bringing in an estimated $170 million.
'Ye's in-law, Kylie Jenner topped the list with a significant lead, however, bringing in $590 million in the past year. She comes in at No. 1 just over a week after she called out Forbes for claiming that she lied about being a billionaire. She ranked as such due to her sale of 51 percent stake in her cosmetics firm earlier this year, which Forbes notes is "one of the biggest celebrity cashouts of all time."
Roger Federer, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Neymar, and LeBron James rank as the highest-paid athletes in the past year. Tyler Perry, Howard Stern, and Dwayne Johnson also round out the top ten. Podcasting makes the Forbes list for the first time thanks to Bill Simmons, who sold his company The Ringer to Spotify earlier this year for a reported $206 million.
Ariana Grande came in at No. 17 with $72 million, while Post Malone and Drake came in at No. 28 with $60 million and No. 49 with $49 million respectively. Other notable musicians in the top 100 include Billie Eilish at No. 43, BTS at No. 47, Jay-Z at No. 42, and Rihanna at No. 60.
