Photos: Jayoncé's twins, Rumi & Sir Carter make their unofficial solo debut in Miami

Rumi and Sir Carter have made their solo photo debut… well, sort of.
Paparazzi caught the twins on vacation in Miami with parents Jayoncé (Beyoncé and Jay—Z) and with grandma, Tina Lawson.
