News: Paris Hilton's brother, Barron hospitalized: Hiltons vs Lohans

On the morning of Friday Dec 6, Barron Hilton, Paris Hilton's younger brother was partying at a Miami mansion when he said Lindsay Lohan accused him of talking trash, and then had a male friend beat the crap out of him.
Barron (24) told  cops that Lindsay approached him at the party with a male friend and began screaming, "'You talk sh*t about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get."
Barron was left bloodied with several cuts to his face and sources close to the Hiltons tell us the injuries were so bad that he was advised to seek medical treatment immediately.
Lindsay and her father, Michael Lohan, deny she was involved in the incident at all though a video outside the party suggested otherwise, the video showed Barron and his friends confronting Lohan (who said she wasn't even there at all) right after the attack!
