Photos: ‘Fast & Furious 7′ Wraps Production With Emotional Message To Fans

Facebook

The cast and crew of Fast & Furious 7 just finished production and sent out a heartfelt message to fans thanking them for their support. This production was definitely tougher than the previous ones due to Paul Walker’s tragic death in a car crash last November.
Paul’s passing caused the film to be postponed, but with the support of fans, it was not cancelled. The message, posted Thursday on the Fast & Furious Facebook page, with a photo of Vin Diesel, started off with “We made it. Today we completed the last shot in the production of FAST & FURIOUS 7.”
The full message:
Fast & Furious
The lead actor’s death seemed to be the driving force behind the message and they made a point to mention him briefly. “Our family is big and strong but it won’t ever quite be whole again without Paul.” They added that Paul’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, joined the team to help complete the film in honor of their brother.
Fast & Furious 7 was originally set to be released this week, but will hit theaters April 3, 2015 and will once again star Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Elsa Pataky, Lucas Black and the late Paul Walker.
We are counting down to the 3rd of April 2015, God willing, can't wait to see this partly shot-in-Abu-Dhabi/Dubai film!!!

First Photo: Late Paul Walker's Daughter, Meadow Posts Her Pic Since His Death

It’s been tough seven months for Paul Walker‘s daughter Meadow Walker; she’s had to not only deal with the death of her dad, but also some drama within her family.
The 15-year-old daughter of the late Fast & Furious star has been keeping herself out of the public eye as much as possible in order to mourn, and it looks like she’s doing better now.
Meadow posted a photo to her Instagram Sunday - the first she’s posted of herself since she activated the account. Posing in a bikini on a beach, the slim and trim Meadow gave an adorable smile for the camera as she sat in front of a gorgeous ocean view, which must feel like home for the Hawaii-raised teen.
She captioned the pic: "Glad to be back".
We’re happy to see Meadow finally healing and looking happy and may Paul & Rodas' souls continue to R.I.P- Amen.

News: Paul Walker's Brothers to Complete 'Fast & Furious 7' Scenes

When Paul Walker tragically passed away last November, he had already filmed scenes for Fast and Furious 7. After much debate, Universal decided to keep his scenes in the movie and use CGI to complete parts that he did not—a tribute to the fallen star. Now, The Hollywood Reporter writer Borys Kit has taken to Twitter to reveal that Paul Walker's brothers have stepped in to film scenes for the movie.
Fast & Furious posted a message on Facebook regarding the choice stating that the franchise is about family, and that the characters in the movies are drawn together by the bond of family. So, who better to fill the gaps in production than Paul Walker's blood brothers?

"We came together and all felt the only choice was to continue. We believe our fans want that, and we believe Paul would want that too. Paul had already shot his dramatic scenes and most of his action for FAST & FURIOUS 7, and it’s among the strongest work of his career."

News: Paul Walker's mom wants custody of daughter, Meadow as her mom is an alcoholic

Paul Walker
In new court documents filed on March 18, Paul Walker's mother, Cheryl Ann Walker, asks for guardianship of the late actor's daughter Meadow, claiming that the teen's mother, Rebecca Soteros, struggles with alcohol.Paul Walker’s mother is supposedly seeking guardianship of her granddaughter. The Fast & Furious actor died in a fiery car crash last November at the age of 40, and his 15-year-old daughter Meadow is his only surviving heir. And TMZ reports Paul’s mum, Cheryl Walker, has filed legal documents asking the courts to be Meadow’s legal guardian.According to documents obtained by the website, Cheryl objects to her granddaughter’s birth mother, Rebecca Soteros, caring for the teenager due to her problems with alcoholism. The outlet claims Rebecca was arrested for driving under the influence in 2003 and again last year, and apparently Meadow came to live with her father three years before his death because her mother was too overwhelmed by addiction to provide proper care.Cheryl purportedly states she is more than qualified to be Meadow’s guardian, as she has raised four children of her own, is a registered nurse and a “loving person”.

Paul left his entire $25 million fortune to Meadow. In February Paul’s father, who is executor of the estate, filed the late star’s will with the court. At the time of the will filing, the patriarch also supposedly petitioned to appoint Paul’s mother, Cheryl, as both Meadow’s guardian and the guardian of her father’s millions, as instructed by their son.Meadow was staying with Paul in Los Angeles at the time of his death and she is currently living with her mother Rebecca Soteros in Hawaii. However, it is unclear if Paul’s former flame Rebecca was named in the will

News & Photos: WHY?: Paul Walker's sunglasses, other items from crash site up for auction

Items allegedly found at Paul Walker's crash site are now up for auction.
The items for sale are a fire extinguisher said to be used in the efforts to save the "Fast & Furious" star's life, a piece of debris from the crash and arguably the most popular piece, the sunglasses he was supposedly wearing the day of his death.
"We photo-matched them to the one's Paul was wearing [that day]," Kieta, an acquisitions specialist at BidAMI.com who did not disclose her last name, told the Daily News about their verification process regarding the questionable sunglasses.
"And of course the statement from the person who obtained them," she added, although she would not divulge the seller's name.
The unknown seller claimed to have been at the scene Nov. 30 in Santa Clarita, Calif., where he was told by police to stay away, reports TMZ.
Shortly after the wreckage was cleared and authorities left, he reportedly found the sunglasses in a bush not far from where the Porsche Carrera GT carrying Walker, 40, and Roger Rodas crashed. There was no explanation as to how he came across the debris or the fire extinguisher.
These sunglasses, which Paul Walker allegedly was wearing when he was killed in November, are up for auction by a man who says he found them near the car crash site.

News: Oh Dear, Paul Walker & Roger Rodas' Detailed Autopsy Reports Out, Horrifying Injuries

Paul Walker's entire body was charred through the skin it was burned so badly-this according to the autopsy, burned so bad none of his organs were suitable for donation.
According to the report obtained by TMZ, Walker's body was laying supine in the passenger seat in a "pugilistic stance"- that's a defensive position, as if he were bracing himself for impact.
He had multiple fractures throughout his body, including his jaw, collarbone, and left upper arm.  There were also various ribs and pelvic fractures.
The report concludes Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries" sustained from the Nov. 30 crash in Santa Clarita, CA.
According to the report, the L.A. County Coroner is preserving portions of Paul's organs in a jar: sources tell us tissues are kept for a certain period of time in case of lawsuits.

Roger Rodas, the driver suffered major head trauma with the top portion of his skull fractured and his brain exposed.
No alcohol or drug traces were found in either body.
The report also says there was "scant soot in Walker's trachea" suggesting he took a few breaths after impact.  Sources close to the investigation, however, tell TMZ, they believe both men died almost immediately.
And the report goes on, Paul had 14% carbon monoxide saturation in his blood stream, the normal level is 2%.  Roger had 10%.
According to the report, after impact the car spun 180 degrees, struck a tree and nearly tore in half before exploding in flames.

News: Vin Diesel Announces Release Date For Fast & Furious 7

Vin Diesel announced the release date for the latest installment of the film franchise on his Facebook page Sunday, posting a photo of himself with his late co-star Paul Walker, saying:

"The last scene we filmed together…
There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared… in the film we were now completing… the magic captured… and, in just how far we've come…
Fast and Furious 7 will be released…
April 10th 2015!
P.s. He'd want you to know first…"

Universal Pictures also confirmed the release date.

Finally, sources confirm that Walker will still appear in Fast 7.
Director James Wan and writer Chris Morgan are working on ways to write Walker's character Brian O'Connor out of the film using existing footage.
The Daily Mail recently claimed Paul Walker's younger brother Cody, a stuntman, might double for him to get the scenes necessary to complete Brian's storyline. Paul's face could be added via CGI to his brother's body if and when needed.
The film was originally slated to open July 11, 2014, but production was put on indefinite hiatus last month following the death of star Paul Walker, so come April 10th 2015, F&F 7 will hit the theatres.

News: Paul Walker’s Brother Cody Asked To Replace Paul In 'Fast & Furious 7' Remaining Scenes

                                     Embedded image permalink

In a poignant tribute to the star, Paul Walker’s younger brother Cody, 25, who has worked as a movie stuntman, has been asked by Fast & Furious 7 producers to step in and film the final scenes of the movie, which has been shutdown following the actor’s tragic passing on Nov. 30.
“Producers had a string of meetings right after Paul’s death,” a source close to the production
exclusively tells MailOnline.
The insider adds, “They soon realized they needed someone who looked like Paul to finish the movie
and that’s when they approached his nearly identical brother Cody.”
Paul, the oldest of five siblings, starred as undercover cop turned illegal street racer, Brian O’Conner, in five of the six movies.
Cody is yet to make a decision, but the source says he’d mainly be used for shots from behind and at a distance if he accepts.

Photos: Fan-organized tribute to Paul Walker

Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies directed heavy traffic on Sunday as mourners, both on foot and in their vehicles, passed by the crash site where Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker, 40, and friend Roger Rodas, 38, were killed on Nov.30. Attendees made a small trek, nearly 20 minutes uphill, to the site of the fiery car crash in Valencia, Calif., while a parade of tuned-up cars rode alongside. Onlookers stopped and took pictures of the custom hot rods that varied in make and model and included everything from Lamborghinis to a super powered VW Bus with an intricate hydraulics system. The fan-organized tribute featured several cars from the Universal franchise along with a large banner where attendees could leave their well wishes and pay homage to Paul Walker.

You’re the mother who lost a son… She said yes, but you lost your other half…”
