It’s hard to imagine someone who’s had a greater impact on pop culture than Stan Lee.
The prolific comic book writer, editor, and publisher helped create some of the most iconic and beloved Marvel characters — from Black Panther and the X-Men to Iron Man and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, The Avengers — and has influenced generations of creatives and kids, both young and old, after him.
On Monday (November 12), Lee died at the age of 95 after being rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
TMZ was the first to report the news, which was then confirmed by Lee’s daughter, J.C. Lee.
He is survived by his daughter, J.C, who told TMZ, "My father loved all of his fans.
He was the greatest, most decent man."
Rest in peace sir!
Your legacy lives forever!!
Rest in peace dad!
