Video & Photos: DOUBLE TAKE: Surgery Obsessed Twin Sisters Have Matching Modified Bodies

Obsessive twins Sara and Emma Koponen, 25, are so desperate to look the same they have spent almost £10,000 on identical plastic surgeries. The girls have each had three boobs jobs taking them from A to E cups and have both super-sized their lips with regular filler injections.

The Swedish 25-year-olds rose to fame as identical ringside girls at boxing matches.
They gained notoriety by living the same lives — eating the same food, drinking the same drinks, wearing the same clothes, performing the same exercises at the gym and living and working together.
The pair, who live in the city of Marbella in Spain, have decided to take it further through plastic surgery.
“As twins we have to look the same, people expect it and we love the attention,” Sara Koponen told The Sun.
“We are both obsessed with body modification but we make sure we both do the exact same things otherwise we run the risk of not matching.”
Emma and Sara, 25, have to date reportedly spent a total of $37,000 on surgery to “enhance” their assets — three boob jobs to go from bra cup size A to E and four rounds of lip fillers — and they plan to go further.
“We have ideas for future surgery, our goal is to look like identical artificial dolls,” Emma told The Sun.
“It’s important for us to make our dreams come true — and the main thing, too, is that we do it all together.”
Emma added the plastic surgery to date has been for their idea of perfection.
“I think it’s always me who wants more,” she said. “It’s usually my decision at first and Emma says yes, for example because she didn’t want to have smaller boobs than me.”
The twins are single and have already thought what would happen if one of them fell in love and married.
“Emma has decided that if one of us gets married, the other one will come and live with them. It’s just the way it has to be,” Sara said.
The twins admit they work hard to keep their looks and to be noticed.
“Every day we hit the gym for two hours. We do the same exercises, on the same machines to get the same body,” Sara said.
“We also have a strict diet and measure food out equally so neither one puts on more weight. If one of us wants ice cream and the other chocolate, we fight over which to buy as we can’t eat different things.”
In keeping with being identical, the sisters claim to share a phone, wardrobe and stay together all day.
“We have the same job and friends and go to the same places, we do everything together. Sometimes it feels as though we are one person. If Sara is sad, I feel it too,” Emma said.
