If  I had ever seen him before his demise, I would definitely have scaled all the security and rushed him, hugged him and taken loads of selfies with him! Aww, God rest his sweet soul.

But for one fan it was all to much, he saw his opportunity to get a hug from the great Cristiano Ronaldo and he wasn't going to waste it.

Bursting onto the pitch at the final whistle, the youngster clung onto the Portuguese goal machine as if his life depended on it. What ensued was a weirdly long period of time that a child was momentarily stuck to Ronaldo...
