UAE reviews labour agreements with countries that abandoned their citizens amid #coronavirus
The UAE government has said it is reviewing its relationship with certain countries regarding labour laws and relations.
It comes from The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, MoHRE, which says it is reviewing agreements, and may implement bans or limits on the number of citizens working within the emirates.
The move was prompted after some nations refused to cooperate with evacuation measures, to repatriate citizens that were looking to return home.
