He was taken to hospital with life changing injuries and remains in critical, but stable, condition. A second victim, 25, received superficial injuries in the gangland attack. Mr Omosuyi, 22, boxed for All Stars Boxing Gym, west London, and is a prospect 'heavyweight', according to his club. But the shooting may have an impact on his career. His mother, Stella Aladetam, 53, revealed her son has had emergency surgery and pleaded for witnesses to come forward so Mr Omosuyi's attackers can be brought to justice.

A 22-year-old, who is fighting for his life after having 'half his face blown off' in a shooting, has today been named as semi-professional boxer Oluwafemi Omosuyi.
Mr Omosuyi, known as Femi, had recently come back from training in Dublin when he was gunned down outside Oliver Goldsmith Primary in Peckham, south London.
He was blasted with a shotgun in the upper body and received pellet wounds to the face just before 8pm on Wodehouse Avenue, sparking an armed police response.
