A few minutes ago, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Mohammed officially announced the opening of the Dubai World Cup happening at Meydan.

In addition to the His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, other royals at the event include Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Mohammed bin Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
