On Friday the 22-year-old posted yet another topless photo to her Instagram account - but this time she's reclining in another topless girl's lap.
The snap see her resting her head on Sky Ferreira's legs in what appeared to be a polaroid snap of a piece of fan art.
Miley appeared bare chested and possibly without trousers resting her head on Sky's midriff, who was resting on the sofa with a pair of dark bottoms and pink shower slippers.
The pair are both no strangers to openly revealing their bodies.
