News: Prince Harry Hits Gym, Jokes With His Trainer After Cressida Bonas Breakup

Newly-single Prince Harry has been hitting the gym hard since his recent split from girlfriend of two years, Cressida Bonas, sources say.

Unattached and ready to celebrate his pal Guy Pelly's wedding this weekend, the red-headed royal, 29, was spotted Tuesday, April 29, engaging in an intense workout session at his London gym, The Third Space.

An eyewitness says, "Harry was at the gym at 6 p.m., working out with his trainer Winston [Squire]. He'd spent the day at the Invictus Games selection event, and was still wearing his Invictus T-shirt. He'd even brought a sweatshirt for his trainer with Invictus on it, which he handed over at the end of his workout." (The Prince Harry-founded Invictus Games is a Paralympic-style sporting event for injured armed forces members.)

The Prince has been a member at Third Space since last November, when he first visited the gym to seek physiotherapy for an injury. "Harry says he finds it really hard to shift weight round his middle, so that's his main aim," a source said of his injury at the time.

"Other than that, he just wants to increase his fitness," the insider added. “At the moment he's mainly been doing circuit-style training but he's been in the boxing room, and his trainer is getting him ready to start some sparring." The source added that Harry has been wanting to bulk up and gain muscle, adding that he has been working on his upper and lower body -- especially, his arms.

The royal apparently also makes fun fitness fashion choices, too. "He usually wears a cap to look low-key," says the first source, "but his sneakers are really bright!"

Despite his recent breakup, the eyewitness adds that Prince Harry seemed just fine during his workout earlier this week. "He didn't look down or depressed at all," the onlooker tells Us. "He was laughing and joking with his trainer like he usually does and had a big smile on his face."

Most recently, Prince Harry has been showing off his new buff body in Miami, ahead of Pelly's wedding in Memphis, Tenn., this weekend. The royal hit up the party circuit late Wednesday night with a large entourage. Both Princes William and Harry will be ushers at Pelly's wedding to Lizzy Wilson today Saturday May 03 2014.
