Video: Cameroonian pop singer Dencia defends promotion of skin lightening creams on BBC Africa

Cameroonian pop singer Dencia has defended her promotion of a skin whitening cream called Whitenicious, which critics have branded as ''abomination'' and ''irresponsible''.

Speaking on Focus on Africa a few hours ago, she insisted that the cream was not about skin lightening, but about tackling ''hyper-pigmentation''.
