Florida lady forced to deliver her own baby due to #HurricaneIrma

A Miami woman was forced to deliver her own baby because paramedics could not reach her due to Hurricane Irma, officials said on Sunday.

According to fire department official Eloy Garcia, a 911 dispatcher talked the woman through the delivery. “We weren't able to respond. So she delivered the placenta, also. Dispatch told her how to tie it off. She's stable at home,” Garcia said.
