Officer Who Shot Tamir Rice Fired By Cleveland Police

The two officers who were involved in killing 12-year-old Tamir Rice in 2014 have been formally disciplined by the department, nearly three years later.
Officer Frank Garmback will be suspended for 10 days, and Officer Timothy Loehmann, who pulled the trigger, has been terminated. Garmback was driving the squad car that day. Tamir’s family settled a civil suit with the city for $6 million over the November 2014 shooting, which sparked nationwide protests and exacerbated tensions between the public and police.

  1. God will still punish these officers in heaven.
