The video, directed by Austin Peters, takes place in a salon, where Lupita shares her experience and love for hair styling. She brought six of her friends along with her as well, and the actress does their hair one by one while explaining how she learned her technique.
It’s great to see this feature of African culture in one of the most celebrated mainstream fashion magazines. Lupita is, once more, a great ambassador for the continent — and a pretty talented braidera.
