Hollywood is in D.C. tonight for the White House Correspondents' Dinner, the most fashionable and star-studded party Washington sees all year. The glamorous evening is one of the only events that mixes media personalities, politicians and A-list celebs. And while we are always anxious to hear the speeches of the night, the fashion is also something to note. President Barack Obama is being joined by journalists, politicos and Hollywood stars at the annual dinner of the White House Correspondents' Association.
Harvey Weinstein, Lupita Nyong'o, Katie Couric, Barbara Walters, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Arianna Huffington, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Savannah Guthrie are among the Hollywood fixtures who have descended upon the nation's capital for the event.
Diane Lane, Jessica Simpson, Brad Paisley, Katharine McPhee, Wolf Blitzer,
Cynthia Nixon, Rose McGowan,
Taylor Schilling, Dax Shepard, John Leguizamo and Rick Springfield have also joined first lady Michelle Obama and the President at the black-tie event at the Washington Hilton Hotel.
POTUS and FLOTUS take the stage at WHCD.
