News: 'No I Didn't Have A Drug Overdose!'- Miley Cyrus

After that well-document two-week hospital stay, Miley Cyrus is now heading back to her Bangerz tour. And with her health firmly back in check, the saucy songstress is as outspoken as ever, you'll be happy to know.

During a Tuesday press conference at London's O2 arena, Miley was quick to put some recent internet rumours to rest. "I didn't have a drug overdose," the Wrecking Ball singer claimed. "I took some sh*tty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction."

As for her path to recovery -- well, it was two-pronged. In addition to being "connected to an IV for the last two weeks," Miley credits a strict regimen of vitamins, honey, lavender, and yoga. Hey, whatever works, right?

With Miley's tour back on track, some media outlets questioned whether she's 100% prepared to hit the road. Her reply? "You have no idea how ready I am. I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously."
