Video: Miley Cyrus breaks down on stage, wishes she had died with her dog, Floyd

On Wednesday, the 21-year-old was in Boston for a stop on her Bangerz tour while she was still mourning the loss of her Alaskan Klee Kai dog, Floyd, who passed away on April 1. The choked-up singer, who told fans on Twitter, “I’m sorry in advance if I am not myself tomorrow Boston. I will try my best to be my best,” tearfully dedicated Fleetwood Mac‘s “Landslide” to her beloved pet.
“It’s gonna be hard for me on this next song. I’m not sounding myself, I don’t feel myself. But I just wanna do one song,” she warned the audience. “I’m sure you guys already know, but the reason that I’m so upset is my dog — I shouldn’t say he was my favorite, but he was my favorite — he passed away. I just wanna do a song for him. We used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together. It’s his favorite song. So, I wanna do this song for Floyd. This song is ‘Landslide.’” Miley made the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday, saying, “Today is the 2nd worst day of my life.”
