Quincy Jones, the producer to the stars and co-founder of Dubai Music Week who was in Dubai for a few days and just left, picked out his favourite contemp. artists as listed by a magazine.

A well-connected rapper from Atlanta, Ludacris has worked with Usher, David Guetta, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown and T-Pain among others. The ‘Rest of My Life’ star has released eight studio albums and five mixtapes.
Xriss Jore
A Lebanese signer who took part in the Arabic version of ‘The Voice’, Xriss Jore impressed Quincy at the inaugural Dubai Music Week last year. He said: “Oh boy, she can sing, man. They can either do it or not. You can count on it, she can do it.”
