News: Updates on Kanye West's alleged assault

Beverly Hills police are investigating Kanye West as a suspect in an alleged assault case.
According to a police report, the alleged incident took place on the 8800 block of Wilshire Blvd. at approximately 12:15 p.m yesterday Tue Jan.13. By the time police arrived at the location, Kanye, who was identified by the victim and several witnesses, had already left the premises.
This investigation is still ongoing. A source close to West's fiance Kim Kardashian told People that the altercation was instigated by an unidentified white male. The source claims the scuffle began when the man started allegedly shouting racial slurs towards the paparazzi and when Kardashian, 33, explained that "wasn't cool," he then began verbally attacking her and West, 36, with racial obscenities.
People's source insists that West "barely" hit him.
