An autopsy report has revealed that "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" actor James Avery was suffering from multiple medical issues for quite some time before his death late last month, according to TMZ.
The 68-year-old star was listed as having severe coronary heart disease, end-stage kidney disease and Type 2 diabetes at the time of his passing. He died in Glendale, Calif. due to complications from an open-heart surgery on Nov. 11.
The official cause of death was said to be cardiorespiratory arrest.
Avery, who has since been remembered by co-star Will Smith and a host of other famous friends, was cremated and his remains were scattered at sea of the coast of Los Angeles earlier this month.
