The magazine has crowned Bruno Mars as their choice for "Artist of the Year." Billboard pointed to the "Locked Out of Heaven" singer's strong album sales saying Unorthodox Jukebox was the best-selling "non-Justin Timberlake" album in 2013 with 1.8 million units sold!
