Dubai King congratulates Russian President on success of 2018 #WorldCup #Russia2018

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, sent today a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, congratulating him on the good and successful organisation of the 2018 World Cup final in Moscow.

Sheikh Mohammed lauded Russia for providing huge resources and potentials to the participating teams,which contributed to the success of the Cup and delivery of its aspired noble goals.
