A video interview has been released that shows Bill Cosby finally responding to recent allegations that he drugged and raped several women.
With his wife Camille by his side, the actor seems uncomfortable, and very irritated, when the question is asked of him.
The previously unreleased interview was filmed back on November 6.
"Now, I’m not saying that Bill Cosby is a vile sex beast like Savile.
NBC has pulled the plug on its planned comedy project with Bill Cosby following all these claims.
'We can confirm that the Cosby project is no longer in development,' the network said in a statement released on Wednesday afternoon.
The announcement came just hours after Netflix said it has postponed its new stand-up comedy special, Bill Cosby 77, which was due to air the day after Thanksgiving.
Appearances by Cosby on shows including Late Night With David Letterman and The Queen Latifah Show have also been cancelled as accusations against the comedian mount.
In Piers Morgan's new article in MailOnline, he writes:"Now, I’m not saying that Bill Cosby is a vile sex beast like Savile.
I don’t know the answer to that question. None of us does for sure.
Nor is he ever going to be brought to justice in a criminal court even if the allegations are true – because unlike in Britain, the statute of limitations in America prevents that.
But I do know that when 15 women all describe very similar ways in which Cosby allegedly drugged and raped them, then he has very serious questions to answer in the court of public opinion.
The very same court in which he has acted as self-appointed judge and jury for decades.
Silence simply won’t suffice, especially not for America’s Dad."
