News: But she didn't look it when we saw her: Kimora Lee Simmons pregnant with 4th child

Congratulations are certainly in order for fashion and beauty entrepreneur Kimora Lee Simmons (KLS) as she is reportedly expecting her fourth child.

Stunning KLS did not look or act preggie when we caught up with her at the Dubai Mall on the 10th of August 2014.

According to Page Six, Simmons, 39, is four months along her pregnancy with her first child with her husband, banker Tim Leissner. The couple was spotted celebrating the wonderful news on Saturday night over dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse in Midtown, New York.

Simmons has two daughters, Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12, with ex-husband Russell Simmons, and a son,Kenzo, 5, with actor Djimon Hounsou.
